SakuraCon Mascot Entries
Apr 28th
Finni and I entered the SakuraCon Mascot Contest for 2012 – first time we’ve both entered at the same time. Neither of us placed, but we had fun making our entries and complaining back and forth to each other about how moe moe our drawings are.
So weird how we drew these at totally different times, but somehow managed to have really similar poses and pallets. I guess that’s what happens when every artist who enters tries to draw what usually wins.
(Btw, sorry for posting this for you Finni. It seemed so blah with just my entry all by it’s lonesome. <3)
Gaia and A-Kon Drawrings
Apr 10th
So I failed to mention on here that I got hired as a sprite artist by Gaiaonline a few months ago! They’ve been keeping me busy with pixel art, but last month I was fortunate enough to work on several illustrations for their latest Chance Item, Arcana break! It’s a Tarot-themed CI, and I got to illustrate The Hermit, Judgement, and Temperance cards.
Illustrator Sarah Stone (fayrenpickpocket.deviantart.com) worked on Circo’s (Temperance) face to make him even prettier, and I highly approve of the touch-ups she made! Her borders and backgrounds for the cards in the actual Chance Item are just lovely too.
Four the Win has a lot of history with Gaia. We all played for a while and took commissions in the Xiao Hwen Artists thread when we were younger. It’s interesting to be working for them now after they helped bring us all together, and I love it so far! Hopefully I’ll be able to post some more Gaia illustration work in the future.
In the meantime though, here is my entry for the A-Kon 22 t-shirt design contest. I got an e-mail just this morning saying I won!
So this will be the official A-kon t-shirt for 2011, yaaay! I did the drawing and background design, and Finni worked her graphic design magic to make the lettering perfect! I’m excited to see the finished shirt in June.
BUNNIES
Jan 17th
First of all, thank you everyone!! Our FOURTHEWIN 2011 Calendar is SOLD OUT!
That said, here: have a bunny.

Featuring PANDATTE, the adorable lovechild between my bunny Latte (Holland Lop) and Zimmay’s bunny Panda (Dutch). Though if they were to really make babies, Panda would be quite the cougar, preying on a boy half her age…! Shameless.
Charms are IN!
Dec 10th
So about a hundred acrylic plastic phone charms arrived at my house today! And oh my god, I’m not sure how I’m going to get all of these put together before ALA without dying of cute overload first.
IT IS VERY TEMPTING TO JUST ROLL IN THEM AS THEY ARE… But then I add little loopies and cute, tiny, multicolored bells to them, and this is what you get:
These four are the only ‘finished’ phone straps we have so far. We are still figuring out how exactly we will put them together, display them, and how much we will sell them for. It may be a little while before everything’s set to go, but I am SUPER EXCITED! We waited for what felt like forever to get these acrylic charms made and mailed to us! And I’m very happy with how they turned out. Hope you enjoy the pictures for now, and wish me luck on getting them all finished!
Sketch, Chibi, WIP!
Nov 18th
Have a small, miscellaneous art dump! First, some DnD things: a sketch of my fire mage OC Jasper being an emo kid, and a copic marker chibi of a character (monk/fighter) for a possible evil campaign, Zian! I posted a design for him earlier, but I like this one a lot more. POOFY SLEEVES!
And a WIP of my Holiday card for this year!
Naturally, there is a bunny.
Some AWA Arts
Nov 4th
So before Anime Weekend Atlanta, Finni and I collaborated on some art of the convention’s mascot to put in their program book. And then I went to the con and didn’t get a program because I am a dumb dumb and forgot we drew these. The convention’s theme was ’sweet 16′ for their sixteenth anniversary, so we drew a lot of tasty food things for them.
If anyone reading this went to AWA and still has their program book, we would love to know whether or not these were printed. <3
Anime Weekend Atlanta Products
Sep 14th
Anime Weekend Atlanta is this weekend, and I have some fun new things to sell! BIG HUGE THANK YOU to Finni for making like… half of this stuff, lol. SOMEDAY I will have a button maker of my own so we don’t have to keep making buttons for each other long distance.
I’m very excited about the citrus buttons, since I’ve wanted to make these designs for so long. Not sure why I put it off till now, but I am super happy with how they came out!
And for the first 20 people to spend $30.00 at my booth, I have a FREE FourTheWin mini tote bag! They all feature the balloon animals from our site, conceptualized by SAR and Finni, and drawn by Finni. I just turned them into bags, after much meticulous cutting around and inside those balloon strings.
They’re super tiny, but hey, they I’m giving them away. xD;;; And they’re adorable. Can’t get much better than that.
Oh I’ll also be selling prints.
Pile of WIN
Sep 4th
I drew a thing. A pile of things. And I yoinked the logo Finni designed too, because I’m a dirty thief. I also have no idea how to categorize this, so we’ll call it a derpy illustration.
SO~ I have some cute handbags I am thinking of printing this on, in hot pink and blue. Hunting for a purple and red one tomorrow. Four the Winners – mind if I sell a couple prints / bags of this at AWA? (after you all get your own of course!)
